Prime Rib dinner added to menu
Stop in and check out our new Saturday Night Special
Welcome to the 2007 golf season!!
After a long cold winter we are all anxious to get outside and enjoy the feel of spring. We have managed to keeo busy through the winter with general maintenance, sprucing up, and our favorite-visiting with so many of you in the restaraunt and bar. Thank you again for all of your support.
Just a few things we have been up to: Pete started the winter by installing storm windows in the dining room and insulation in the bar ceiling. You no longer need to wear a coat inside!!
Laura and Stacey painted the pro shop and bar area-how much brighter they look-the rooms, I mean...They have also managed the bar, kitchen, and dining rooms all winter serving the best food and coldest beer around.
Steve has set up a new handicap system and stocked the pro shop with bags, clubs, shoes, balls and more. He also arranged to trade in a few old carts for 10 new (to us) ones. So our fleet is growing!!
We have a full dinner menu available Tuesday-Thursday, Saturday & Sunday and have dinner specials Mondays (Wings), Wednesday (Spaghetti), Friday (Fish), and Saturday (Prime Rib). We will have Danish and Coffee available Monday-Saturday for a quick breakfast and a full breakfast menu available Sundays only. Lunches will be available every day, so come enjoy the view of the golfers from our covered patio.
We will be hosting several tournaments this season including the Season Opener 5/27, Father's Day 6/17, Member-Member, Member-Guest, and many others. Feel free to stop in and check our schedule for details. We hope you are as ready as we are for the new season! The plans we have are endless-time is our only problem. So our motto continues-"A little at a time".
There are a few other new things to watch for...

History Restored At Cassadaga County Club
The new green and white sign on Frisbee Road welcomes visitors to the Cassadaga Country Club.
The club’s new owners — the first local family in 40 years to own the business landmark — say the sign reflects a return to tradition.
With help of Peter (Pete) and Janice Wintersteen, Steven Wintersteen, his wife, Laura and Steven’s sister, Stacey, took over operation of the clubhouse and golf course in mid-July, signaling the retirement of former owners, Al and Mary Welle, one-time Buffalo area residents who now live in Lily Dale, and their business partner, Dean Troyer of Florida.
